Can I have a tutorial on tables?

I cant seem to understand how to use tables. Can anyone give me a tutorial or is there already a GOOD tutorial online? (Thats not the lua instruction manual)

This question (or at least something very, very similar) was asked last week, please use the search function (or at least read the forums). Also: http://lua-users.org/wiki/TablesTutorial.
Do you recognise when the world won't stop for you? Or when the days don't care what you've got to do? When the weight's too tough to lift up, what do you? Don't let them choose for you, that's on you.
