Inky and Slab come to mind. They are probably mouse focused.
Refreeze has an input text module but he's not on this forum any more. I consider that abandoned but the code works fine.

polygon and image are different beasts maybe so it might not be the filter but agree it should be the default option.

I think there is LoS but only after you've committed to an attack. I didn't try escape.

I think it's intended to be a brain storming, planning, mind mapping tool to help creativity. Maybe.
Your kick starter might be better if you explain who would use this and why. Stars and constellation doesn't mean much without context.
