When you release a LOVE2D game on steam, does it have a watermark or an icon that shows that it was made by LOVE2D?

To add to darkfrei's answer, whatever game or app you release on Steam will have a löve logo or watermark only if you implement it yourself.

The löve executable (ie. löve.exe on windows, etc) that you use for your distribution may have the löve icon, but that can be changed by building the executable yourself, or via some hacking tools. However, your end-users may not see that at all, since they'll be launching the game via the Steam client.

Beyond those, the license.txt that you'll have to distribute with your game will be the main way for people to find out you used löve to make your project, barring websites or fiddling with the files in the Steam installation.
