Hate to break the fun here, but AFAIK it was always LÖVE. love2d.org is just the domain name -- one might imagine love.org was already taken. ;)
You're not afraid losing visitors going to their site instead? ;)

Could have bought lovegame.org... Currently it's available, but who knows when some rabid Lady Gaga fan might want to start a fan site?

That domain seems like it'd be a better fit for Eskil Steenberg.

This.

Maybe lovelua.org is a better fit for LÖVE? Or loveumlauts.org...

http://love-engine.org/ perhaps?

Let us not forget the humble but rarely-used .com suffix as well.

Added mouse aiming. Only horizontal at the moment, though.

Since I can't get the math through my head at the moment (5:43 am) I'll leave strafing to someone else.

Can someone fix the sticky walls? Also, I changed up and down to w and s. Sorry to any AZERTY'ers/DVORAK'ers/etc'ers out there.

Arrow movement is superior to the inferior WASD movement. Superior! Despite what FPS gamers say, WASD SUCKS!

I mean, I prefer arrow keys. Could you implement both methods? And still allow left/right movement with the keyboard? More options = better.

Un-stickied walls. You can now use w OR uparrow/s OR downarrow.

Still needs strafing.

Yay! But you still need to give the player some thickness. (Right now the view goes right up to the wall. It shouldn't be all the way up to the wall. It should be pushed back a bit.) Also, I want to turn with arrows. Not the mouse. Put arrow turning back in.
