It says it can take up to ten weeks. I haven't requested one since the 7.X days, but back then it took at most 4.

Yes, the Fedora 12 RPM Fusion repo has mpg321. http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fed ... group.html

Just setup RPM Fusion.
madplay is in the repo. http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fed ... dplay.html
