I've read most of the kickstarter page and I still don't know what this is supposed to be. Ich verstehe nur Bahnhof.

It's actually just this: you place stars into the sky, and to those stars you can attach items (those rectangle frames) that you can fill with text and images. And that's really it, in a 2D environment. Constellations and fields are options to give your stars more order and meaning.

But if that didn't come across, it would be a bad sign. It was meant to be understood from the video alone, and from the first chapter.
I've shortened the video to more essential stuff (3min).

I think it's intended to be a brain storming, planning, mind mapping tool to help creativity. Maybe.

Your kick starter might be better if you explain who would use this and why. Stars and constellation doesn't mean much without context.

A card game that brings sword fighting to life. Simple to learn, hard to master. Learn when to advance, dodge, strike and counter. Learn how to strike without being struck.

You could be having a point. Every feedback is gold to me.

It is for initial ideation, but also for any content / writing of any size. It's also meant for bigger, creative undertakings like essays, novels, screenplays, product developments... hence the infinite sky space. Maybe it's not visible because the items (text holders) seem so simple yet (they are right now :P, but they'll become more sophisticated text editors). More use-cases may give insight. ...I've been in the Vela-headspace for so long and it's easy to forget that for other eyes purpose and value may not be as obvious.
