My name is Sean and I'm fairly new to programming. My friend and I are trying to work together to make a 2D platformer similar to Rockman X. I've had 2 years experience working with Java, and I picked up Lua when I heard of Love2d. The language and engine seem like it's easy to pick up but hard to master. If anyone knows of any place we can start out that'd be great! I've been taking advantage of what's on the wiki and videos outside, but the content I'm finding seems a bit dated.
