you should consider changing the BG image, its distracting me (thanks for including the .xcf so I able to change it myself).

here's mine, just an example.
Nice background and card's border.

Is all that art released under CC license?

If yes, I would like to use that instead of the actual one, if you can send me the XCF file I will include in next release.
Don't know about the license since I did it myself, except the original wood texture img.
heres the zip, xcf file is not allowed here.
anxiously waiting for the next release.

Amazing!

I habe been testing it, and it looks great but...

- the slots borders are way too thin and with too much alpha, so in game they are barely seen
- i have implemented animations and special effects, so I'm not sure if create some kind of animated background... What's your opinion?

Other than that, thanks for your .zip :D

yeah. My tastes, I like simplicity and minimalism. :monocle:

Ohh! Epic animations, special effects and... sounds?
animated backgrounds, if not exaggerated, will be a very cool addition.
could you please add Keyboard navigation with selected card highlighted? those stupid touchpads.
still waiting for the next release.

Your borders are good enough, but I edited them to be 2 pixels width instead of 1
Also re-edited all cards' borders so look like this:

Instead of the old white plain borders:

Spoiler: that is one of the new cards. This is what the game tooltip says about it:

I didn't think about sounds but it wouldn't be hard to do. Anyway, that is something that could be done later on, when other things are done.
Keyboard navigation sounds good, I will add to ToDo list, but don't expect it to be implemented in this next version.
