Window Handler v0.6 + More Examples

A thing that handles windows. Use the mouse to do stuff.

New in 0.1:
-UI core
-Improved window handler
-main.lua is shorter than ever
-Included windowed grapher, a recent project which was made compatibly before I started the window handler.
