@Ulydev: Did you really pull this because people complained about the 60mbs? Shame :(

I would assume normal developers build a hackintosh* or buy a mac** and then build an iOS app using XCode. Or perhaps they figure out how to do it in the command line using Xcode Commmand Line Tools***.

Corona - a commercial game engine - recommended the rental of OS X build servers in 2012.

*Not sure they have enough time to develop games if they do that though.
