hello I would like to know how to make a network access point / wifi on android an example would be appreciated.

What do you mean by this? If you want to use VPN then you have to goto settings and then into more settings to get it.

i want to make a lan network with lua socket or enet on android i know that certain games uses as ip address of server 192.168.43.1 ,an android connection to android by mobile hotspot
