[Solved] Question about slopes

I'm developing a small platform game and it has sloped tiles. I've developed platformers before but this is the first time I'm dealing with slopes. The problem is I'm not sure about how to prevent the player from falling off from those tiles when he's moving, like this:


My goal is to make something like Yoshi's Island (go to 6:00): http://youtu.be/_IATqru7Sh8?t=6m
If the player isn't jumping or falling he keeps "attached" to the floor. I have no idea how to make this work so far.

Ah, not intended actually. I just haven't done anything concerning the jump and its rules xD
