Map drawing really slow

Hi, first i like to say i love this community, it has tought me all i know of programming.
so, going straight to the point, i have been trying to make a tile based scrolling game, and i used the simplest way i know to draw the map. The problem is that is slow as hell and i dont know what to do to make it improve the speed. I already try using spritebatch but I had the same problem and I cant use canvas cause my computer doesnt support it. I know there is a way to improve the speed, cause i can run Mari0 fine.
So help me please :3

I get a constant 60fps.
Do you recognise when the world won't stop for you? Or when the days don't care what you've got to do? When the weight's too tough to lift up, what do you? Don't let them choose for you, that's on you.

EDIT: maybe my computer isn that good, but if i can run mari0 fine, why cant i run this simple code?

but seriously;

I am also getting 60fps. I checked out your code, and it looks fine.

Ensure that your video drivers are fully updated, then post your machine specs.

Wait. As josefnpat suggest first update your graphics card drivers. Not the first time that someone here do it and get LOVE running it smoothly

ok, a will try it, but I dont think it will work

EDIT: well, i tried and the results are the same... but i want to give a second try to be sure my computer doesnt suck, so can some one test this game and post the FPS that gave you? it gives me 8FPS.

ok, but dont laugh:
samsung n150 2010
os windows xp service pack 3
ram 1gb
graphic card Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator 3150
CPU Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU N450 @ 1.66GHz

as you can see its really bad, but i dont understand why can i run mari0, almost, fine

What version of the graphics drivers are you running?

It's very odd that mariO runs well and yours does not.

Compare driver versions against this.
