My first test project using this engine

Post by BoonyBuny »

Hey! I recently decided to stop using Scratch (scratch.mit.edu) because my projects and ideas didn't collide at all with how Scratch functions, I've used it for >8years and I managed to make really advanced things in it, like a system that writes/reads and sort data (used for a silly FnF engine)... So now I'm trying to migrate to actual code, because my game ideas are really too advanced and heavy for Scratch (I tried it trust me, the script editor was crashing when openning it because it was so full and only 2% of the game was made).

So, I recently watched some tutorials on how to use löve2d and the basics, following this tutorial:Challacade löve2d basics

The video of my project is right below this text, and it is my very first project made with löve2d !

Heh. Cute. I can promise you that looks far more advanced than many 1st Love2D projects (including mine).

I followed the tutorial and just added quandale dingle in it, best way to learn (in my experience) creative works like game making, adding silly stuff to test projects is a good way to learn
