I like. :)

I'm also thinking a simplistic 'cityscape' that has five or so skyscrapers to fly over. Haven't thought too hard about it.

Github also has more graphics things identified.

Yeah :joker: Simple stuff, honestly. Just the palette I chose :P

I should do buildings? How high at average(compared to 64x64) x2, x10?

The risk I took was calculated,

Buildings can be twice as high as the orange tanks I guess. Can you give them a Gotham City feel. :-)

Have you seen the cards on github? Everything needed is described there.

Maybe something like this:

But in an appropriate colour scheme.

There are now 26 tickets/issues/cares on github that anyone can take a look at and try:

The 3 high priority issues are all about game design and game play decisions. Enough variation for everyone. :)

The tank is large but that's okay. I can scale it in love.graphics.draw but frankly - I'm hoping the Lander is redesigned to be larger.

I like the look and feel of the tank. Maybe the hose thing at the top is not needed or redesigned. Fine for now but!!

Going to take a small break - for about 3 hours - lolz. I'm so keen to continue this great collaborate project. :)

I've created and closed 8 github tickets:

- added background music from our very own Eric Matyas:
Eric Matyas wrote: Sat Oct 16, 2021 1:38 pm “GALACTIC POLE POSITION”
with credits as per instructions (and a hyperlink for free!). :)

- landing near a fuel base will now refuel the lander, and defuel the base
- bases with no fuel are visibly ghosted
- main menu added
- added a 'thrust' sound effect
- credits window added
- WASD support added (actually WAD - no 'S')

Anyone wanting to contribute will of course be credited. The best way is to see the outstanding items on github and see what takes your interest. They are all sized to be small and simple and cover a range of skillsets (coding, audio, graphics, gameplay, debugging):

:ultrahappy: I drew the tube at the top to make it reach the height of 128px. I'll redesign it in my next batch, thnx.

Redisgned tank. Light bulb on top for ... functionality? Just practicing my pixel art.
Maybe the broken version can be used when the tank is crashed into, though then you need explosions. :P
