Wordpress charges to be able to do anything cool at all. Though they do have payment plans on file storage.

I like Tumblr but there's also Blogger.

i think it needs more neon colours, preferably ones that clash.

Wordpress is a free CMS. Wordpress.com is a free hosted wordpress solution, sure, but you can just throw wordpress onto any random PHP host and you're good to go.

I assumed he meant Wordpress.com, but I guess if he's going to pay for a host anyway Wordpress, the CMS, will work. I used to use it until I dropped all pay sites and went to Blogger.... then switched to Tumblr.
