Hey folks, me and rxi (and josefnpat?) are hosting a
LÖVE Jam!
Rules
- Your game needs to be made with LÖVE
- The game must be made during the jam — existing basecode and libraries can be used
- You can work alone or as a team
- The theme is Companion — use of the theme is optional but is provided as inspiration
Resources
- Check out these *amazing* libraries and tools to speed up your game development!
- There is the wiki and some *great* tutorials out there that teach you how to use LÖVE!
- Join the *fabulous* forum and irc to discuss the jam and other LÖVE things!
- Get a *cool* intro by using the community made LÖVE splashes!
Hopefully you will join us!

Ah I would really like to participate, but we just did the Global Game Jam and I should probably spend this weekend working on our main project. I'm excited to check out the games that come out of this though!

I'll join in, why not!
I'm glad there's a few weeks notice, because otherwise I'd have probably been too busy with my main project, but I'll make the time to take a weekend break. Gonna be fun!

I would be looking forward to what ever projects are passed here

(could get some good "case studies" from the passed ones)

My friends and I were discussing the rules of the jam and we were unclear about this rule:
"The game must be made during the jam — existing basecode and libraries can be used"
What exactly is existing basecode, and can unfinished code written for a game a long time ago be considered existing basecode?
