I suppose "DOM" doesn't exactly need to be there, I just thought it to be clever. Something that says "This is a GUI library" might be more important than any particular pun.
DOMinatrix has a full box model, custom syntax, MVC... not sure how to get a name out of it though.

Have you looked at the names of the missions of the NASA? Those are good names haha
I use simple things like Fruit (UI), Cube (Sandbox), Challenger (A Text Editor which was a challenge haha)
Simply preppend "love-" to the thing your library does (except if it is something basic like joysticks or textinput which are already a module in love):
cases of this are love-video, love-console and many many more (plus it is easier to find love related libs in github

Candy, especially chocolate, would be some good stuff. Lollipop, gumdrop, cocoa, gummy worms, all that. Different flavors of pie would work too. And cookies.
Carnation, chandelier, bouquet, dress, tuxedo, ball gown, monkey suit, bow tie, dancing shoes, swing set, merry-go-round, chivalry, limousine, heart break, archer, sweetheart, popcorn, marshmallow, macaroni....I think I'm out....
You could go with something like OoeyGUI, or name it after something that is actually gooey.
