Saltworld.net Game Jam, Sept 14 - 22

Hello everyone, a site I frequent, http://saltworld.net/ (a game dev forum) and my own site, http://itch.io, are teaming up to host a game jam September 14th to 22nd. I'd love for some of you to join.

I created a little landing page that explains the rules and has a submission area. Check it out: http://itch.io/jam/saltw. It's a themed jam, the theme will be announced the first day of the jam. Voting will be done through a simple forum poll after people had a chance to play the games.

I never really got something. If I was developing a game before September 14th will I be able to participate with that game ?
