8-bit Architecture Playhouse Party!

Post by TylertheDesigner »

Another game jam game I made using Love. It came out rather well, and I have plans to port it to Xbox360 (yeay XNA).

*Disclaimer- This was made for a 48 hour game jam. Its a 4 player game (I used four controls and Xpadder to test it). The game is only set up to run in 1920x1080, because I made it with the intention of porting it to Xbox360. It is still a little buggy, and like any other game jam game, it needs some work until it would be considered "complete"

Also, I didn't build this into an .love file because I was lazy and I know that the majority of users on the Love forums know what to do.

Controls-
Player 1 - Q+E to move, W to push
Player 2 - B+M to move, N to push
Player 3 - Arrows to move, Down Arrow to push
Player 4 - Numpad 1+3 to move, 2 to push

How large is it?
Edit:
It sounds to me like you're trying to upload a file larger than 10MB (the forum attachment size limit).
May I suggest using an external host such as Anyhub or Solidfiles?

I don't know what happened but I was here in this topic and I was able to download the file (a 2.9MB zip).

BTW, I couldn't play the game :/

@CZrlos- that was an old version. Please delete it, ignore it, and try the new one!

@ everyone else- I uploaded a working version.

1) Either rename middleclass.lua -> MiddleClass.lua or change require("MiddleClass") -> require("middleclass") because I'm getting an error on startup.
2) You should package your source code as a LÖVE game file if you're going to upload it to the forums. It just makes it easier for us to try it.

@thelinx-
Thank you for pointing out the error with MiddleClass. I will correct that.
As for the game distribution, I am aware of it, just didn't have time. I'll update it later when I have some time to spare.
