Re: Optimal way for wasd movement, no diagonals?

Normally it's enough to make something like:
if up then move_up()
elseif down then move_down()
elseif left then move_left()
elseif right then move_right()
else move_as_before() end

Re: Help drawing a Polygon with RayCasting

For the full hd you are need 2x(1920+1080) rays, not more. Just targeted to every pixel on the every screen side.

Re: Pixels dimensions not constant with setFilter("nearest","nearest")

Just round the scale factor to the nearest or use antialiasing, not perfect pixels.

Re: Conveyors, routers, sorters and overflow gates.

For the drawing I can use rotation, cosine and sine and I can do some if statements and add the item position x or y with 0.1 multiplied by the conveyor speed. Right? Maybe pre-calculated positions for straight and curved belts, for example 10 positions for straight belt and 16 positions for curved...

Could you build for Linux as well?
Well, you can simply unzip archive with game and then (again) unzip .exe file
So you can make it .love and run or run from main.lua
You can just rename the .exe to .love :)

Re: Using Love for 'what-if' models

The simulation about a robot vacuum cleaner, that must cover whole map without (or as less as possible) trace overlapping and return to the starting point.
The robot can see and remember what it already saw, but it has no access to the not seen map.
