highly recommend reading Programming in Lua - having a working knowledge of Lua will make working with LÖVE a lot easier. I second that. I bought PiL2 ( the PDF version ) and it has been very helpful for me so far. Lua has much to offer, a lot of which is probably pretty different from other langua...
