Re: Viruses(?) in LOVE?

Something which is very hard to use It's easy to use, once you learn how to use it. That's the hard part. I hate it when my `/etc/init.d/X11/xorg.conf` blows up, but I can still fix it. I hate broken packages I love the repository system requires higher than average computer ability to merely insta...

Re: Viruses(?) in LOVE?

Infected Linux boxes make the best botnet controllers, just so you know. It's surprisingly common. Got any data or more information about that? Yep , sure do . Here's another article . And on and on. Trust me, while Linux systems doesn't suffer from infection as often as Windows systems, a huge par...

Re: Ninja vs. Samurai

I very much enjoyed this game. One issue with the movement: Yes, I am aware of this. It has to do with how my pathfinding algorithm decides on where to go first, but I'm going to replace it with TLpath, which may fix these problems. And finally, interested in any "map" donations? Y...

Re: Viruses(?) in LOVE?

Be careful. Some malware (like the win.pinfi ) will embed itself into *.exe. Also, as a long time linux user, always make sure you trust the source. Make sure you're downloading the love.exe from the love2d.org website, or compiling it from the offical source code repo, otherwise, it is VERY easy f...

Re: Installing Love 0.7.2 on Linux Mint

I don't know of a good reason why things can't be self-contained these days. That's stupid. Imagine the file sizes of even a simple program if you had to embed several libraries into it, libraries that are used by loads of other programs on your system. The filesize difference is only meaningful if...
