sounds good I'am very sorry for my incompetent question, just all those layers are too confusing for my brain to understand. from my amateur point of view this looks like a huge sandwich made of multiple sandwiches, which kinda sounds delicious though
I don't use IE anyways. Just wondered why he chose to use WebGL (which he didn't explain apparently), especially since it is made for 3d and Löve is a 2d framework. Nevermind, keep up the good work I will follow this project closely.
I dont fully understand why you would make this dependand on webgl, since IE and drivers. For example this doesn't work on my labtop since I have an unsupported gfxcard.
thank you for this link. This is interesting stuff! I don't 100% buy what you're saying though  . I assume you and other experienced programmers allready have habits that prevent slowness but you just don't think actively about them and you only actively make things more efficient when it's n...
oh your concept looks much more defined now. I kinda missunderstood it until now. apparently your going for a solid, traditional design. looking forward to see how this evolves!

Well I actually didn't even think of that. Well It would be an even more interesting thing then.
The following question would be: What could you and would you show on the minimap that isn't on the screen?
I didn't really percieve the movements to be pixel-precise first. So my first death was alienating. If you make everything a bit bigger or give some kind of graphical hint then it would be a tad clearer what happens from the beginning.
