Why is there no Love2D app in the app store while Andriod has? and I have to do some Xcode jiz to get it working, but I don't have a mac. how do I get it working without a mac?

Apple has much more restrictive rules than Google about what they allow into their mobile app store—they require that the program be signed (with XCode) by someone with a currently valid certificate from Apple ($99US per year, in perpetuity). If you don't have a Mac with XCode that you can use to sign your programs, then your only option is to find someone who does and is willing to work with you.
