Falldown remake

Post by TechnoCat »

I recreated the falldown game I used to play on my TI-83+.
I used vrld's Hardon Collider.

left/right arrow keys to control.

PO2 please?

Also, I would recommend a brief pause after the player dies: right now you don't have a chance to see how you did, unless you're constantly checking the corner.

But... then why did you label the file for 0.7.2? :awesome:

Ithink it's a pretty fun little game, you should polish it a little more!

I have 2 friends that meetup weekly with me, and we make a tiny game in about 3 hours each meeting.

I must have rolled back and fourth over the first hole nine times

Very fun game, and I like how the ball is patterned so you can tell which way it's rotating.

I made just over 13,000. Pretty neat little game. If you weren't dropping it here, I'd suggest adding some powerups or something (extra lives, slow-motion, various amounts of extra score...).

Earliest Love2D supporter who can't Love anymore. Let me disable pixel shaders if I don't use them, dammit!
Lenovo Thinkpad X60 Tablet, built like a tank. But not fancy enough for Love2D 0.10.0+.

I'd encourage others to do it, but the code is rather atrocious since I didn't use an OOP lib. So, uh, yeah, sorry. :P

Good fun considering the simplicity! Please make it show the score when you die though :)
