Hey LÖVErs. I "finished" my first game using LÖVE the other day and thought I'd share it with the community.
It's a pretty simple (but difficult, I've been told) one-button game with a Gameboy-esque style.
I've already made a blog-entry containing instructions, controls and license/credits so I suppose it's easier to just link that.
Here's a gameplay video:
Downloads
* Windows binary
* LÖVE package
* Source code [Github] (GPLv3)
Any feedback/criticism is very welcome.

The monochrome green gives it the look of an old Gameboy LCD. I assume this was inspired by Canabalt?
Overall very nice. It's nice to see polished LOVE projects!

I like the coffee mug shield. I also love canabalt, so therefore I love your game. Thanks for making it and sharing it!

Awesome!
I completely suck at it, though.
But it was heaps of fun, even while failing.

This is pretty neat. Another quality game from Löve. Maybe they should put this on the Linux store too with the Volley Brawl game.

Oooh, yes. The world needs more Canabalt! Good work.
Earliest Love2D supporter who can't Love anymore. Let me disable pixel shaders if I don't use them, dammit!

Also, I would try to not create quads every frame in Player:draw. Just make a quad for every frame of player animation in Player:reset; this will save performance.
