[lib] softbody to box2d

hi everyone,
today i bring you another lib softbody which is a almost copy from
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=78882&hilit=softbody
but added a polygon support insprited by that lib.

this is done in 2 hours. i still wonder how to combine the softbody and liquid things by changing some parameters.
