First game in Alpha!

Post by Jeeper »

Here is a teaser on the first game we will be releasing in the "near" future. Keep in mind that:
The game is still in alpha, A lot of animations and visual upgrades will be done
The GAME IS STILL IN ALPHA, a lot of gameplay features are still to be implemented (New powerups, other types of enemies and bosses are only a few.)
THEEEE GAMEEEEEEE IS STILL IN AAAAAAALPHAAAAAAAAAAAA, It doesnt even have a name yet!

Minor derp, I am not recording the cursor so the menu looks a bit wierd since you can not see the cursor.

So what is the goal in this game?

To close of a certain % of the map, by cutting it with your lazerbeam! But avoiding your lazer from hitting any of the balls. You have a time limit, and once that has run out you lose 1 hp. Completing the map before the time runs out gives you bonus points depending on how much time you had left.

Looks good! The background art and music are especially nice, I think.

Visually, I think that is the best graphics I've seen for this game type. I like the music too.

Thanks for the kind words, like I mentioned in the OP, a lot of new animations and art will be added, so it is going to look (hopefully) even better in the future. Things like the hp and "mana" bars will be fully animated. If anyone is interested to be a beta tester once the game reaches beta, feel free to say so in this thread. Ill get back to you once the game hits Beta.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but I am sure the answer is yes.
