I think you can embed mipmaps in images so that LÖVE just automatically uses the right one, but I may be mistaken.

It runs on the Pi, which is ARM; I don't know how easy/hard it would be to make it run on your specific device though

I'm currently experiencing a forum issue where this pops up whenever I try to read a topic while logged in. I'm creating this topic both as a mean to test whether I can do that and to warn devs about it, although I already pinged bartbes and slime on irc and discord.

If I recall correctly, the / operator means float division while the // means integer division, so you wouldn't need to use floats explicitly, but that discussion would be a bit off topic.
