Really nice stuff, I like to see the incredible behaviour of the curved line, especially twirlings. This could be used as the basis of lot of nice effects. I don't see any license for your code. Can it be used as a lib or something like that?

There is Synfig too as free software for 2d skeletal animation. It can export in SVG format, sadly, Löve2D doesn't support SVG currently.

But anyway, I believe that with the nice handmade pixelart artwork of Laperen, this kind of technic's are really useless.

The package is only build with ./configure --prefix=/usr, I compiled myself several version, all have the same issue, no chroot is used: https://archlinuxarm.org/packages/armv7h/love/files/PKGBUILD I seen it can be improved with --enable-gme and libgme dependency (already packaged on archlinuxARM). ...
